The construction work is underway in Ghori Garden and it is going to take a few months to complete it. But still the property rates in Ghori Garden are very high. The plots in Ghori Garden are out of reach for a common man. The areas around Ghori Garden include Phases 4,5 and 6 of Ghori Town also have very high property rates. The reason is that the cinstruction work in these phases has been completed and they are fully developed with all the residential and commercial facilities provided in them. However, the rates of property in phase 7 and 8 of Ghori Town are still reasonable as compared to other phases as they are not fully developed yet. Despite some legal issues and problems, thousands of people are residing, doing businesses and investing their money in Ghori Town and Ghori Garden. People are also constructing houses and commercial centers there. Al-Mansoor Arcade also offers its clients commercial and residential facilities to live and work here.

Al-Mansoor Arcade is an excellent commercial project that has no issues that are worth mentioning here. But the management of Ghori Town has been facing legal issues from CDA. The problem is regarding all phases of Ghori Town that have been developed without proper authorization from CDA. Ali Akbar and Company has developed Phases 5 to 8 without approval from CDA. Other than this, the roads and streets are not in a good condition in this area. The sewage system is also not too good here.

The builders of this project say that they are trying their level best to provide their customers residential and commercial facilities at a reasonable price. This is why the rents of shops and flats in Al-Mansoor Arcade are less as compared to other buildings around it.

The Right Property team has conducted a survey about Al-Mansoor Arcade that shows that the shops in Al-Mansoor Arcade are available at reasonable prices to set up a new business.
