Construction of 33 storied commercial building (up to 300 ft. high), envisaged to have with a built up area of around 400,000 square feet. This is a mixed use building comprising offices and apartments with gross built up area of 400,000 sq. ft. The structure comprises of 28 floors above Ground Level and 5 car parking basements. RCC Framing (RCC Columns, flat slabs with drop panels) support the gravity loads while Shear Walls resist Lateral Loads. A Raft Foundation was adopted.
