CBR Employees Co-operative Housing Society (CBR ECHS) has launched Phase II of its affordable land for homes project. The launch of Phase II will provide plots in different sized for homes and commercial buildings at reasonable prices. The project is set to raise the standards of affordable housing, with several amenities catering to the multiple needs of the residents here. CBR ECHS was able to deliver the first project in less than 36 months and was among the fastest developer in the affordable real estate segment.

Water Filtration Plat in C & B Blocks are completed, D Block under process.

Underground Water Tank completed.

Three additional tube wells to meet water supply need.

Completion of Sui Gas network. Meters now installed.

Graveyard Purchased 10.5 Kanals, remaining 10 Kanal will be purchased.

Green Area and Public Parks as per approved by CDA.

PTCL Exchange up to 5000 Lines (with building).

Underground Electricity works near to completion.

Hospital - Al Razzi Hospital on 3 Kanals near to Completion.

Construction of Jamia Masjid and Masajids for each block.

Islamabad Model College for Girls - IMCG Operational.

8 Kanals plot donated by the Management of CBRECHS.

School Started.

Main Entrance and 2 Entry points (Deputed security guards).

Right of way from O-9, Police Foundation.

Opening of Bahria Road Under Process.

Police Station Lohi Bher in CBR Town.

Post Office - Plot Allocated.

IESCO Complaint Center - Plot Allocated.

New Head Office CBR House.

Separate Water Pipe Line for D Block Completed.

River Bank at C Block Extension.

Carpeting of B Block Road.
