Deen's Paradise Phase II is launched in 2017 on 32 acres of land near Roshan wala By Pass at main Sammundri Road Faisalabad. It is being developed by Chaudhry Developers and consists of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 marla category of residential plots. Deen's Paradise Phase II has been divided in 6 blocks (A - 84, B - 77, C - 239, D – 71, E - 102 and F – 88 plots) with a total of 422 residential and 239 commercial plots. On the right and the back side of the Deen's Paradise Phase II exists the Abadi Roshanwala Village, while on it opposite side is the Allied Housing Society on East Canal Sammundri Road.

Currently, 12 feet boundary wall is under construction which would be a mix of iron, pillar, concrete and barbed wire. The roads would be started by the end of December. The roads and the plots are being levelled these days by placing mud and clay through tractors and other machinery.

Per marla rate of the residential plot is Rs 400,000 which further gives easy installment option of 4 year consisting of installment after every 4 month and 25 % in advance. The corner plots and those on the main boulevard cost 10 % more than the regular plots.
