FHS (Fazaia Housing Scheme Tarnol) is a scheme introduced for housing purpose in Islamabad. It was first visualized in 1986 and later on this concept was transformed into reality and officially launched in August 1989.
This was launched as a welfare project of PAF (Pakistan Air Force). Fazaia Housing Scheme covers an area of around 5000 Kanals, and was designed by well-known and well-reputed firm M/s NESPAK.
This scheme is particularly located at the extended limits of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) in front of Tarnol Interchange (exit) at Islamabad - Peshawar Motorway (M1) and enjoys close proximity of New Islamabad International Airport. Therefore it is an ideal place to live, having a long front of around four kilometers on Islamabad-Fatah Jang GT road

The development states of the society is in good status as a lot of development work is being done under professional workers. The block H1 is being further constructed and approximately 90% of the earthwork has been completed. The development works of block ‘H’ are in progress. Laying of sewerage lines is in progress.
Massive developments are being made in construction of wall boundaries in various blocks for assurance of safety for the residents.
