Madina Garden Housing Society Satiana Road Faisalabad. Madina Garden was started in 2005 on 1 ½ murrabba of land with 148 plots of 10, 15 and 25 marlas. There is availability of Sui Gas, electricity, PTCL, sewerage disposal facility in Madina Garden. Park area is demarcated with grill but is not functional or in use of the residents. The mosque has the capacity of almost 100 persons. The main road is 80 feet wide while the inner roads are of 40 feet width. The underground water is of good quality and street lights are also there. The residents feel comfortable living within the boundary walled society as there is absolutely no noise of the roads. The main and the inner roads require immediate repair. The sewerage disposal needs to be shifted away from or on one side of the residential area. The number of newly constructed houses are less due to the investors as less plots have been purchased in the initial years by the genuine residents. As Madina Garden is on the main Satiana Road, therefore the public and city transport is available in no time and for 24 hours.
