Oyster Court is a completely Managed Project, where all common facilities and services are managed by a Facility Manager* against a monthly service fee. - 24-Hour electricity backup - Round-the-clock security through CCTV surveillance - Elevators - Covered swimming pool - Fitness Center - Reserved Car Parking - Fire fighting equipment * Facility Manager is responsible for maintenance of the whole site and collecting service fee from the residents. Once the project is completed, Keystone Properties will manage the project for 10 years, renewable for a further period. Thereafter Owners Association may approve a Facility Manager for Oyster Court.

OWN TO OCCUPY: Subsequent to taking possession of apartment, the owner can move into the apartment and become part of the Oyster Court Community. Residents will pay Service Fee and avail all common facilities. Standard Community Rules apply on all residents. OWN TO LEASE: Under Own-To-Lease program, Keystone will rent-out the apartment on Owner’s behalf to a third person. Keystone will facilitate and manage the arrangement on behalf the Owner. Rental Income for the Owner will be based on market competitive rentals. Deduction will be made for Management Fee. Rental Income = Rent – Management Fee Management Fee will be 5% of total rental or any other percentage agreed between Keystone and the Owner.
