Here is the detail of development work phase 2 of SA Garden Housing Scheme. main gate and boundary wall is complete. The main entrance road is 80 feet wide while inner streets are 40 feet wide fully carpeted roads along green belts. Electricity and sewerage system is underground while Sui Gas is not available in both phases.

SA Garden Phase 2 has its own Commercial Zone, School, Community center, Kids playgrounds, Parks, Jamia Masjid and clean environment to live happily.

Residential Plot Price Per Marla is 350000 to 400000 and Commercial Plot Price Per Marla is 8 to 12 Lac. Almost 100% development work is complete here.
