The housing society that Anwar Plaza is located in that is Soan Garden has problem with water supply. This problem is being faced by almost all the housing societies. The main reason is that after developing a sector or a housing society, CDA hands it over to private companies or firms and these companies collaborate with tanker mafia to create fake shortage of water in order to earn money by supplying water through water tankers.
