Ground floor, lower ground floor and Mezzanine floor are designed as commercial units while the first and second floor are designed for 1 bed and 2 bed apartments. There is different payment plan for each floor.

Price of shops on ground floor having size 10’ – 6’’ x 30’ – 6’’ is 14,000,000 Rs with down payment of 2,800,000 Rs. Rest of the amount is to be paid in 4 easy installments.

Shops on lower ground floor with sizes 10’ – 6’’ x 30’ – 7’’ and 13’ – 9’’ x 30’ – 7’’ have price of 6,800,000 Rs and 7,800,000 Rs respectively. Down payment is 13, 60,000 Rs and 15, 60,000 Rs respectively. Rest of the total amount will be paid in 4 easy installments.

Shops on Mezzanine floor consist of various different sizes each having different price according to their area. Corner shops of size 12’ – 0’’ x 36’ – 3’’ hold price of 6,500,000 Rs with down payment of 1,300,000 Rs.
