The builders of KK Residency have offered very easy payment plans for their clients and investors so that the interested parties can easily follow the given plan. The booking of apartments has started with 10% down payment that is followed by three quarterly installments. Another installment plan of 11 quarterly payments is also available which is followed by the rest of the amount to be paid on the time of possession. The builders also offer a special discount of 10% for the customers making the full payment in cash or 5% discount for those paying half price in cash at the time of booking. KK Residency has been launched after obtaining NOC from CDA although there are other projects around it which are being constructed without due approval from the authorities. Such projects affect the market value of other projects around them. However, KK Residency does not have any legal issue concerning it. The residents of Sector H- 13 have to face problem regarding water supply. The roads and streets are not in very good condition as well. The area also does not have proper cleaning services from CDA due to which the residents in this area are facing difficulties.
