Capital Enclave is a fully developed housing society that has been developed by CDA after proper planning and has got proper roads, streets, residential blocks and commercial zones divided appropriately. These are all the factors that people prefer to live here. To add to this, the location of Capital Enclave makes it even more important as it is connected to Bahria Town, Islamabad Express Way and many other areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. All these features make Capital Enclave an ideal housing society and that is why the property rates are very high in it and not everyone can buy a residential or a commercial property in here. The construction work has just started on Capital Mall and this project is going to take another 1.5 to 2 years for its completion. Other than this, Capital Enclave where this project is located is also not fully developed yet and still some development work is going on in this housing society. The roads are yet to be carpeted and paved in Capital Enclave.

Capital Enclave has not been completed yet and the development work is continued currently. The residents nearby this project are very happy with its development as they are of the opinion that this and other commercial projects have caused increase in their property rates which is very beneficial for them obviously.

Capital Enclave is a very expensive area and it is not affordable for a common man to live here or have a business here, but Capital Mall gives a good opportunity for residence and starting a business here at quite reasonable rates as compared to its surrounding properties.
