Ch. Amjad Plaza has no legal or any other sort of issue in it. Nevertheless, Jinnah Garden has some issues like water supply. The water supply is not sufficient to meet the needs of the residents of the society. Availability of public transport is another issue. Jinnah Garden is almost 3 km away from Islamabad Express Way that is why public transport is not readily available. The people living here or doing business have to use their own transport or taxi, which is quite expensive.
