The Regent Mall comprises of Lower & Upper Ground floors, Mezzanine floor, First (1st) to Fifth (5th) Floors and Roof Top Restaurant. The basement and the upper ground floor consist of the shops comprising of garments, ladies and kids wear, other clothing and the stitching facilities. The First and the Second floors are having offices while the Third, fourth and the Fifth floors are The Grand Regent Hotel. The 6th floor is Roof Top Restaurant that is going to be inaugurated in the 1st week of Ramazan (May 2017). The last 2 floors (5th & 6th) have been completed during the last 2 ½ years and are now operational. Apart from a number of Executive Suites, there are two (dining halls) with the capacity of 150 persons each. Moreover, two (2) meeting halls having customization option with 150 & 48 person sitting capacity respectively for corporate annual official meetings and events. These meeting halls are equipped with the multimedia screens and audio video links. The Regent Mall has got the distinction that it has been the first ever Commercial Shopping mall in Faisalabad where the parking of 60 cars has been provided at the mezzanine floor.

Grand regent Hotel & Suites is the Hospitality Institute of the REGENT Mall comprising of Banquets, Conference Halls and Residential rooms for the Multi-National companies, foreigners and outstation executive stay, events like mehndi and marriage ceremonies. There are 49 residential rooms in the Grand Regent Hotel comprising of the Standard, Deluxe, Master and the Business Suites.
