About one and half year ago, Yahya & Brothers Builders & Developers started a new residential project with the name Zara Heights at the intersection of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This project is still under construction. It is a residential project consisting of eight floors. The builders of this project aim to complete this project with in one year. When it will reach the completion phase, clients will be granted with the possession of apartments. Project Related Issues:

Zara Heights is facing some legal issues from CDA and CDA has stopped construction work here for now. There is water supply issue in sector H-13 and roads and streets are also damaged. Moreover, there is no proper cleaning system by CDA here which is causing many other problems in sector H-13.

Property Rates in the Project Area:

Property rates are very high in all sectors of Islamabad. This is the reason that property rates in H-13 are also very high. To buy a plot here is a very difficult thing and if the plot is purchased furthermore construction on it is a very expensive thing. But Zara Heights is offering ready-made apartments on very reasonable prices and easy installment plan.
